Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A notification will be sent once your order has processed and shipped. Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
Due to high order volumes or postal service delays beyond our control, shipping may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and billing/shipping location.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹70 within India. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1,000.

Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for orders over ₹500 within Trivandrum City Limits. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of ₹50 applies. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM on Weekdays. We will notify you via WhatsApp/ text with the contact number provided at checkout on the day of delivery.
In-Store Pickup
Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our office at TC 10/104/1, Samskara Lane, Powdikonam, Trivandrum. Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready with pickup instructions.
Pickup Hours
Available during 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on weekdays. Please bring your order confirmation email/message for verification.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the following countries: USA, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman only.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary by destination, generally ranging from 15 to 30 days.

Customs and Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. These fees are not covered by Apple Story Club and are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from applestoryclub.in. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the following cancellation and refund guidelines.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.
Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Items: Virtual products are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@applestoryclub.in with your order number and reason for return. Returns (Physical Products) should be unused and in their original packaging.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned request/product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: In cases of customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
